At DPS Dwarka Expressway, we believe that career readiness is a journey—one that starts early and evolves with each stage of a student’s growth. Our Career Guidance Program is structured to support students from Grade VIII onwards, with a focus on self-discovery, exposure, and informed decision-making.

Phase 1: Grades VIII & IX

Students are encouraged to begin reflecting on their interests, strengths, and values. The focus is on career awareness, exploration, and early skill-building.

This is the year of making informed choices. The focus is on stream selection, supported by psychometric assessments and individual counseling, alongside continued exposure to career pathways.

Phase 3: Grades XI & XII

Students are guided toward higher education goals. The focus is on college readiness, application support, and developing competitive skills for national and international admissions.
