On World Gratitude Day, the students at Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway are paying gratitude to students at Neo Fusion facilitated by Food4Smile™?

These students are truly making the difference for the underprivileged kids, and we, as a society are extremely proud!

World Gratitude Day is celebrated every year on 21 September. This day is intended to remind us of the significance of expressing gratitude and appreciation. Every year, this day is marked to promote this pro-social practice. This day is also known as Appreciation Day or the World Day of Gratitude.
The students of KG B expressed their gratitude towards teachers, support staff, nurse, guard and other members of school. The whole assembly was conducted by the students and the most remarkable feature of the occasion was the presence of Mr. Vikas from Food4smile. At the end our principal Dr. Priti Ojha delivered a brief and significant speech on the importance of this day.

In an effort to celebrate World Water Week, Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway organized different activities like Slogan Writing, Experiments, Pep Talk, Story Enactment, Happy Hand Washing etc on the topic "Value of Water" for classes PP to Grade 2.

The main purpose behind organizing this activity was to make the students aware of the need of conserving water and to understand its significance.

Students participated in the activity with great fervor and creativity.

DPS Dwarka Expressway felt elated and privileged to have Mr. Gavin McCormack, the Montessori Australia Ambassador, Co-Founder of Upschool.co, former Principal of Australia’s best Montessori Learning School, Educator’s Most Influential Educator 2022 and Best Selling Author, who visited the school on September 6 & 7, 2022. 

He took a session with parents and educators, wherein he facilitated them with the best of his thoughts and strategies and guided them to adopt such pedagogies that help in bringing out the best of children.

The way he lent an ear to each and every individual was worth appreciating.The positivity he sprinkled was visible on the vibrant faces of all those, who attended his session and spent time with him.

Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival that is annually celebrated across the country to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha. He is considered to be the god of new beginnings. Dipsites welcomed Lord Ganesha with an energetic and enthralling dance moves. Student also made Ladoo for prasad. Students participated in the programme and activities enthusiastically as Lord Ganesha is the most loved among them. The cheerful smiles of the children were the evidence of  the success of the event.
