Once again, the entire DPS fraternity got cracking with the spirit of festivities at Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway. We came together to celebrate and decorate each corner of our school. Dipsites were in full swing where they immersed themselves in decorating candles and diyas. While some made lanterns for the school, others got together to make extravagant rangolis.
This Diwali, let us bring a smile to each other's face just like our students brought to ours. Happy Diwali!

Hallowmas, a celebration of the beginning of a new cycle of the Wheel of the Year is an
amazing time that helps us fight our fears, get away from the problems, and just have fun with friends and family. Halloween is one of the most popular holidays both among kids and adults and is celebrated on 31st October. At DPS, Dwarka Expressway, we celebrated Halloween week from 14th October to 18th October. Children made crafts of witches and masks. The day ended with a movie that was thoroughly enjoyed by the children.
Diwali is just around the corner. How can we Dipsites not be ready for it! This festival of lights brings in so much happiness and joy to everyone that we can not wait for all the fun and sweets. This Diwali, Dipsites decorated their classes to welcome the festive season. The whole vibe of the school during the activity and for the rest of the day after the activity was oozing with positive energy. Everyone was excited about how their class looked. Students got lights, pom poms, hangings, rangoli colours and so much more for decorations. We love the festive season and have now set the mood right for it. Bring it on!

Our students have done us proud once again and we can not contain the happiness. Our students from DPS, Dwarka Expressway participated with great enthusiasm in Reverie 2019-20, a School fest held at DPS, Sector 84, Gurugram. Our students participated from various age groups in competitions like Technophile- Scratch 2.0 where a team of two of our Dipsites including Kunal Dadlani and Yuvraj of Grade VI created a commendable presentation on the Moon Mission. Another competition was where our team of another four Dipsites including Rishika, Tushita, Diva and Vishu of Grade V participated. They painted their musical dream and showed spectacular team spirit. Our young Dipsites were not behind. Our team of fantastic four including Samaira and Yatharth from Grade I and Shivasya and Ranveer from Grade II, walked the ramp in their Oh! so beautiful garments which were created using some waste material around us. What can we say, the little ones topped the list in the award ceremony at the competition. Our team that walked the ramp showcasing their Eco- couture bagged the very First Position in the competition. We are proud of each one of our students and are ready to go lengths to see them shine.
